Rail design case

The large range of cases produced by Fischer Elektronik has been extended to include the Rail design case. This is a multi-purpose aluminium case with guide slots spaced at 5.08 mm (1 HP) for 100 mm Eurocards. The special ergonomic shape in combination with lateral aluminium handle profiles and the shock-proof plastic cover (UL 94 V-0) enable safe handling when transported.

Front plastic foils and membrane keyboards may be fitted; the case may be used as a desk console. An EMC-shielded design, achieved by the use of electrical conductive surfaces and additional conductive seals is also available. When seals are fitted, protection class IP 65 may be achieved.

The case and the cover plates may be mechanically machined, provided with surface finish or printed to meet customers' requirements.

The Rail design case is supplied as a kit including cover plates and assembling material.
