Many functional features and a modern as well as ergonomic design are important criteria that play a decisive role in the selection of casings for accommodating circuit boards or various non-standard electronic components. In this regard, Fischer Elektronik has expanded the range of miniature aluminium casings with additional variants of the practical, visually attractive and not least of all economically interesting Tondo casings. The new, versatile and ergonomically shaped miniature aluminium casings with guide slots inside for accommodating standard and non-standard circuit boards are available in material thicknesses of 1.6 and 1.8 mm. The range furthermore embraces four different size variants, two surface finishes (natural colour and anodized black) and seven lengths (50, 80, 100, 120, 160, 200, 220 mm). The special geometry of the casing profiles permits the accommodation of membrane keyboards or front membranes. Besides the standard colours (turquoise blue, heather violet, ultramarine blue, carmine red, daffodil yellow), the (UL94-V0) plastic design strips integrated in the casings can also be realized in many other RAL colours to match your corporate design. The casings can also be manufactured in other lengths, with other surfaces and with additional mechanical finishes or prints. The Tondo miniature casing comes as a self-assembly kit incl. cover panels and assembly materials.
