Expansion of the D-Sub standard connector programme by PCB mounting methods
Various D-Sub plug connectors with THT-solder connection with mounting aid for fast and secure mountings on the PCB are provided by company Fischer Elektronik for wave soldering.
This includes a mounting rivet with clip for snapping on the PCB for all versions on the solder side. On the mating side mounting threads in UNC 4-40 or M3 are offered. Another version additionally includes a threaded bolt which can be also sourced with threaded version UNC 4-40 or M3. Those designs are offered as a male as well as a female version.
