Fluid cooler for power modules
In view of the power density of today's semiconductor components, the dissipation of heat from electronic power modules is an increasingly complex problem. With their product line of innovative “FLK” fluid coolers with a reduced volume, Fischer Elektronik have developed an efficient concept for heat dissipation. Despite the very compact design, these fluid coolers are very efficient, and they are dimensioned to suit existing power modules such as IGBT, thyristor or SCR modules, AC switches, bridge rectifiers etc.. The coolers are made from aluminium, and the surface of the base plate is precisely milled to accommodate the semiconductor components. The power modules are directly fastened using existing threaded holes. In addition to this consistently extended standard series, Fischer Elektronik also provide special versions and are pleased to give you any information and advice you may require.
