"TUS" tubular housing

The Fischer Elektronik company, manufacturer of heat sinks, cable connectors and 19'' housing systems has expanded its extensive tubular housing product range. The new, versatile, ergonomically shaped tubular housing with integrated circulating guide grooves for the horizontal or vertical pick-up of non-standardised circuit boards in 1.6 and 2.0 mm material strength are currently offered in two varieties. The special geometry of the tubular profile makes it possible to receive film keyboards or front films. In addition to the standard colour (similar to RAL 3002), it is possible to implement the design bars integrated into the housing profiles made of plastic (UL94-V0) based on customised colour specifications. The housing is available by default in seven lengths (50, 80, 100, 120, 160, 200, 220 mm) and in three different surface models. An EMC-appropriate model allows the use of electrically conductible, transparently passivated surfaces and additional conductive seals are also offered. The tubular profiles and cover panels can be mechanically processed, surface-treated and printed based on customer requests. The tubular housing is supplied as a disassembled modular set including cover panels and assembly material.
